Where can I register my ladder?

Where can I purchase the static hinges?
The static hinges are shipped with most of the Gorilla Ladders multi-position ladders. The hings are also available for purchase on this site.
How do I properly install the static hinges?
Please refer to the video on "See how the Static Hinges work" on the site as well as the manuals.
What accessories are available for the multi-position ladders?
The following accessories are available for purchase:
Standing Platform (available on this site), Gorilla Ladders Stabilizer (available on this site), Static Hinges (available on this site), and Multi-Purpose Platform & Tray (available at The Home Depot). If other accessories become available they will be posted on this website. Please check back for any new updates.
Where can I find a plank to use in the scaffold mode?
An aluminum or wood plank can be used in the scaffold mode. Gorilla Ladders does not currently manufacture an aluminum plank. An aluminum plank can be purchased at your local The Home Depot store.
What is the warranty?
The warranty is a Lifetime Limited Warranty. The Gorilla Ladders multi-position ladders are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use, to the original owner for the useful life of the product. Gorilla Ladders will repair or replace, at its option, any units demonstrated to be defective during the warranty period.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
Where can I find the serial number on each ladder?
The serial number is located near the top of the side rail of the ladder, directly below the locking tabs. The number is stamped into the side rail.
